I'm actually not too familiar with, or at least wouldn't consider myself "a fan" of, any of the bands listed, but I'm really diggin the new Metric song.
Paul Oakenfoldddd. I do not understand how I only have one play of him in my last.fm library.Shame on me.
I'm all over Death by Stereo.

Cat Power?!? How do I miss these things? I hope it's not more covers. Not that her covers aren't wonderful but original material, Chan, you have it somewhere.
Let's see, seeing as I absolutely despise All Time Low and Forever the Sickest Kids, and I've never heard of Paul Oakenfold or Cat Power, I'm pretty stoked for Metric and Death By Stereo. But I think I'll only end up getting Metric's new CD, not too sure about Death By Stereo. But they're both awesome bands, so ya never know.
Metric, for sure. I'd heard of them before and never looked into them. Then heard Help I'm Alive on the radio like last month and really liked it. And THEN saw them at Edgefest and got hooked. I think they sounded even better live than they do on the album.
I'm thinking of buying All Time Low's Nothing Personal. Weightless and Damned If I Do Ya... Is great :]
Can't wait! And of course, I can't wait for AFI's 8th album!
I was considering buying the new Cat Power CD, but I've decided to go with the new VNV Nation release "Of Faith, Power and Glory". I was unable to see their latest show in Los Angeles, and it's the first concert they've had in Southern CA that I've missed in the last 4 years, so I need to make up for it.
I've been on a huge EBM kick again lately.
I wouldn't mind any except for All Time Low and Forever the Sickest Kids.
I'm excited for All Time Low, I heard 2 of the songs and they're awesome. Can't wait for their album. :)

I spent the last of my money on my DF membership and some bags of Kanekalon(that's a type of fake hair... I'm not bald FYI, I'm gonna use it to make some killer black and blue fake dreads)

The New Metric is pretty solid. So is the new sounds record but I think it came out a few weeks ago.

No not really. I don't think I'll buy them. Only maybe Forever the Sickest Kids because they're on Warped Tour but that's about the extent of it. Plus, I'm saving my money for other releases later.
It was a hard choice between All Time Low or Forever The Sickest Kids. I'll perhaps not get the whole albums, but just the songs I like. ;) What about you?

My band's manager works with Death By Stereo and showed us some of the early mixes. They were pretty fucking awesome. The new album is gonna be badass. =]
Forever The Sickest Kids. They are some pretty cool guys once you get to know them.

I may check out Cat Power, but I'm usually pretty slow with new releases unless they're handed to me for free, so it could be a few years before I get to it.
I HAVE been listening to the new Wilco though! Excellent? Of course it is. It's Wilco.
Is it true Crash Love is only going to be out at the end of September? It's nice to have an idea of when the album is coming out. It still seems like a long ways away though.
I've heard a couple of Metric songs but otherwise I've never really heard any of the other groups.

Not really, but I finally got my hands on the new PLACEBO, MANSON, and DEPECHE MODE albums. Some pretty tasty jams the manson album could be better but really digging PLACEBO BATTLE FOR THE SUN

Dear Jade Puget, thank you so much for making my day 100% better. Happy 4th o' July, be sure to keep an eye on your brother, as I would bet money he'll end up in the ER this evening. (Then again, if I recall this story correctly, he was hit by a truck going 40 mph, and he bounced back up and chased the truck down the street, so maybe he'll be fine today).
Totally stoked for the new All Time Low record.
